     Here's the Story:  You see, I haven't always been the man of my wife's dreams.  Two weeks after college graduation my then girlfriend of 8 years and I (high school sweethearts) decided to tie the knot.  Unfortunately for my wife she didn't realize what an unemployable dreamer she'd married.

 

     She'd always figured I'd just "Get a job, like everyone else".  Boy was she in for a treat. 

 

     It wasn't long before things took a turn for the worse.  With neither one of us able to find a decent paying job, I decided to pursue my real estate dreams (I'm still scratching my head about that move...I must have been outta my mind).

     At home let's just say my wife went from "Pissed to Blissed" in 30 days.  Not only was I getting lucky in real estate, BUT I WAS GETTING LUCKY (if you know what I'm sayin :-)

 

     It wasn't until I went to pay my taxes that I learned....

 

 

 

Wholesaling Actually Worked TOO GOOD!

 

     Imagine the feeling I had when I walked into the accountants office (I was also already flippin out because I needed an accountant) and he told me I would be paying close to $30,000 in taxes. 

 

     Before wholesaling I hadn't made $30,000 a year, now I was expected to pay that much in taxes.

 

     But, I had no choice, I would have to pay the taxes.

 

     Besides, up until that point I had never expected to make over $80,000 in 3 years of work...So I wasn't going to complain about making it in less than 30 days.

 

     However, I still had that nagging voice in the back of my head saying....

 

 

 

"Maybe You Just Got Lucky"

 

     Who knows?  Maybe it was a fluke, right?  It's possible.

 

     So here's what happened next.  I went right back to my buyers list and started putting together one deal, then another, then another.

 

     I quickly realized that once you've got a solid buyers list in place, you've basically got cash on demand for the rest of your life (You'll notice how much emphasis

 

     Sure my lazy a$$ had to work had for almost 2 weeks to get my buyers list together....But now the money was coming in like clockwork. (Don't worry, since then I've developed way easier tactics for building a massive buyers list, so you won't have to work as hard as I did!)

 

     And, you wanna know something?

 

     I'll never forget the look on my wife's face when I brought home 4 more massive checks.  She couldn't believe how much money I was making....and I was in shock too.

 

     And I still remember the look in her eyes when I told her....
